Didn't know a thing about the Cons when I checked out the "Sounds G.O.O.D. 2 Me" back in Feburary. Now his 2007 debut Don't Quit Your Day Job has been the album I've spun most in the past month (check my Last FM) and I've been Google searching for this mixtape's release date for weeks. Finally here and Consequence isn't holding any punches: trotting out Grammy Family (most notably on Ye's board work) and old school friends (Q-Tip, The LOX, Pharaohe Monch) among the endless list of the tape's"co-stars". Doubt much else will get played now that this is here...and that sounds G.O.O.D. 2 me.
